Scott Tipping

Scott Tipping joined Heidelberg Materials Australia in 2007 through the Management Development Program and has held a range of senior leadership roles across concrete operations, sales, aggregates and logistics. He later joined the Australian Executive Committee as General Manager Logistics before being appointed Regional General Manager Eastern Region.

In 2024, Scott was appointed Director of the Global Competence Center Aggregates & Asphalt, relocating to Heidelberg, Germany, where he led a global team focused on operational excellence and performance improvement across Heidelberg Materials' aggregates and asphalt businesses. Scott returned to Australia in 2026 to take up the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) with Honours from the University of New South Wales, an Advanced Diploma in Extractive Industries, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
