Victoria Vincent

Victoria Vincent joined Heidelberg Materials Australia in 1999 as a Corporate Solicitor and was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in July 2000.

Victoria leads the legal function, bringing extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, compliance and risk management. She also serves as a director of Heidelberg Materials Australia group companies.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Hons Class 1) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, where she was the top graduating student.
